Rockton is a charming village with a historic downtown full of local boutiques, antique shops, and eateries. Founded in the 1830s by Stephen Mack Jr., it still has that classic small-town Main Street feel, surrounded by rivers, forest preserves, and beautiful natural scenery.

Weekends here mean coffee at DeeDee's, browsing the antique and home decor shops on Main and Hawick Streets, and hiking or picnicking at Macktown and Hononegah Forest Preserves.
